A. Sponsor and promote the welfare of all breeds of cats, including household pets (mixed breeds);

B. Promote and encourage kindness to all animals and assist in the prevention of cruelty and maltreatment of animals;

C. Sponsor cat shows and promote interest in and knowledge of all domestic cats;

D. Encourage breeding toward CFA standards and the registration of cats;

E. Cultivate friendship among and promote the interest of owners, fanciers, and breeders of cats;

F. Encourage the spaying and neutering of any and all cats not specifically being used as part of a viable breeding program;

G. Encourage the fulfillment of the terms of all transactions involving cats, including sales, stud fees, and pedigrees, whether with club members or the public, in an ethical manner that upholds the previously stated purposes;

H. Finance and administer the Tigger Neutering Fund.
